The move from connectFirst systems to Servus can affect how some payment information appears and how new arrangements are created. Official Servus guidance covers Interac e-Transfer recipients, direct deposits, pre-authorized debits, bill payments and recurring charges linked to a debit-card number.
This is a general checklist, not an instruction to change a payment immediately. Follow the dates and directions published by Servus for your specific membership.
Records worth reviewing or saving
Detailed Interac e-Transfer history and saved recipients may not appear in exactly the same way after conversion. If those records matter for taxes, bookkeeping or reconciliation, review the official preparation guidance and save the appropriate details before the announced deadline.
A screenshot or exported record should be stored securely because it may contain personal information. Do not upload account records to this website; the Alberta Credit Union Guide does not accept documents or messages.
Direct deposits and recurring payments
Servus says existing direct deposits and pre-authorized debits linked to former connectFirst account information will continue through redirection. New arrangements created after conversion should use the new Servus account information available from official online banking, a void-cheque form or a branch.
Recurring payments connected to the old connectFirst debit-card number may require attention after the new Servus card is ready to use. Review the official card and payments guidance before contacting merchants or changing stored payment information.
Checking everything afterward
After conversion, review expected payments, bill payees, direct deposits and e-Transfer recipients. If something is missing, duplicated or unfamiliar, contact Servus promptly using its official support options. Keep confirmation records for any changes you make.
